Introducing Havasu Health Wellness Oneness and Community

Havasu Health Wellness Oneness and Community Inc. (Havasu-HWOC) is a community organization to make Havasu area community healthy and interconnected. It promotes regular use of strategic physiological and body oriented physical practices for cultivating physical health, mental health, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence to build an integrated, holistic and inclusive community. Practice of breathing with full awareness plays a key role in achieving its goals. Havasu-HWOC will achieve its mission, aims and objectives in affiliation with Spiritual Heritage Education Network Inc. (SHEN) of Canada.
